To Manage Website Popup follow Theme Options > Theme Settings. Then Click on the Website Popup Tab.

Enable Website Popup - Show or Hide Website Popup.
Popup Content - Content to show on popup. You can show images or text or anything.
Show Subscriber Form? - Hide or Show Subscriber form in Popup.
After changes Click Save Changes to save the information.
